Barstow Junior High School

To have all students be actively engaged in twenty-first century standards and lessons which promote inquiry, collaboration, organization and reading. To have parents and community actively participating with staff in the educations and decision process of our students. To have interventions and enrichment built into the master schedule and additional after school opportunities provided to meet the changing needs of students. We want Barstow Junior High School to become a nationally recognized school-wide AVID demonstration school. All Barstow Junior High School will be honorable, ambitious, willing and kind as they strive through excellent habits to achieve vial individual determination.
